Fitzroy Gardens, Melbourne

Ahhh, the delightful Fitzroy Gardens public gardens in Melbourne city. So good to spend time regularly in these and see so many others doing the same. 

A mixture of plantings - expansive lawns, mature trees, water features, and places to explore. Fascinating horticultural and engineering inclusions as well with the water collecting and reuse onsite too. 

And the Conservatory is a must to see too. Currently filled with blooming begonias, but soon to be changed over to the next display plant selection of tropicals.

Always good to take off the shoes and move off the pathways to connect with the earth!
