Gardener Folks is all about celebrating, encouraging and sharing about a diversity of gardeners who enjoy gardening and it’s also about raising the profile of all you wonderful gardeners.

Gardener Folks is about highlighting gardeners. The people who passionately tinker, toil, create, ponder, harvest, and immerse themselves for many hours in the wonderful process of gardening.

Gardener Folks will be a combination of a blog and this Insta page, used to share written thoughts and insights from various gardeners about their own gardening journeys, with the full gardener profiles being shared on this Steven Wells The Gardener blog and the Gardener Folks Instagram page will be a vessel to also share and in part to draw you to this blog because all of the content won’t fit in an insta post.

Gardener Folks is foremost about championing the gardener and in doing so helping to strengthen our big gardening community.

Gardener Folks has been rolling around in my head for a while, taking its time to fully germinate, but the roots have started growing and the cotyledon and first leaves are just showing above the ground. It’s the beginning, it’s starting to grow. I’ll mostly be in the background, curating and bringing GF to life with a very occasional pop in to say hi, because I really want this to be about other people and championing you all.
